- Develop and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with current and prospective customers.
- Research the latest developments in the business industry and identify new opportunities to expand the business.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Support, and Management teams to drive innovation and improvements, optimizing the customer experience.
- Work closely with the production and shipment departments to provide customers with projected due dates, troubleshoot delivery and other issues, and assist with quoting as requested.
- Possess a strong understanding of company products and services, as well as the company's market position and competition, in order to maintain competitiveness.
- Assist with trade show displays and exhibitions, and follow up after campaigns.
- Drive overall account health, including origination performance, cost optimization, product adoption, usage velocity, account renewals and growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- A technical background is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
